I have combined Winston Churchill's June 4, 1940 speech to Parliament as the intro to Glenn Miller's 1939 song "In The Mood". Churchill speaks of the "new world coming to the rescue of the old world" and I think the juxtaposition of what has been called "the first rock and roll song", In The Mood, is poignant to those times-historicusjoe.
